We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer who enjoys the intersection of creative ideas, experiments and measurable results.

At Tusk & Dot, you’ll help bring new consumer mobile apps to market. You’ll test campaigns, collaborate with content creators, learn what resonates with audiences and turn those insights into smarter growth.

This is a role for someone who likes making things happen—not just planning what could happen.

What you’ll create and work on

Plan, launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google
Build relationships with influencers, micro-influencers and content creators
Develop and test UGC, short-form video and advertising creatives
Improve app-store listings and conversion
Track acquisition, activation, conversion and retention performance
Study competitors, identify opportunities and share actionable insights
Keep experimenting, learning and improving

What you’ll bring

Practical, hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns (essential)
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
Strong creative judgment and comfort using data
An interest in creator and influencer-led growth (hands-on experience preferred)
The initiative to test ideas independently and learn from results
A genuine interest in mobile apps and consumer behavior

Great if you also have

Experience acquiring users for mobile apps
Experience working directly with creators or influencers
Familiarity with App Store Optimization
Knowledge of Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar analytics tools
Experience with subscription or freemium products
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or other creative tools
